App icon in notification is a white square

Hi. I think I'm now on version 2.8.8, although the tetrify news chat says I'm on 2.8.6. The app setting are saying 2.8.8. We're still not there yet still the same square icon. Something has changed: the icon on my homescreen has now the same color tone as most of my other app icons. I thaught that was a good sign but no, the notification icon remains a white square

Could you let me know what manufacturer the phone is from and which Android version this is?

@gagik My phone is simply the Samsung Galaxy S9, but the OS is LineageOS, and more specifically IodéOS. Thanks. Android version 13
