"It’d be nice to have an album feature to sort texts into though, like a nice little way to preserve special texts within a space (almost like pinning?)."

Alternatively:
"Push an individual text to the bottom of a space, so we can handle tasks in a different order or remember something important. It would be good to sync the order with the Summary tab too.
It could simply push it down, or it could pin it to the bottom so it doesn't move with extra texts."
