Notes bug

In the History view, when I filter by 'This Month' or 'This Week', it doesn't return even today's notes. Also, in the same view: why are the notes being merged? For example, entries between 15:38 and 15:54 are all grouped/bundled together instead of showing as separate entries.

@tetrian_lz0cj2ryovdilqcx the bundling bit is actually intentional; although I have been meaning to change this as it leads to some confusing combinations.
