I am a college student, and I love the idea of this platform, however a monthly subscription is unsustainable for me 😕

Hey, we do not offer one-time options since the main planned perk of Pro is about synchronizing across devices which has reoccurring server costs. It's worth noting it's still free to create infinite messages across multiple spaces for free; We will never limit local messages. As we slowly roll-out sync, we hope to make the free experience even better. All that said, feel free to reach out to support @ tetrify.com from your student email and we can hopefully find a solution for you!

The reminders badge doesn’t reset to zero once you’ve read all of the messages.

There seem to be additional issues with the badge system. It will be temporarily disabled in 2.5.3 and restored later once it is stable.

Not sure if I forgot how it works, but searching using the search bar on the top no longer functions as I remember it did. Namely, when searching for past notes etc. for phrases worked before but now returns "No Spaces Available".

Great, it now works! Thank you very much!

It would be nice to have immediate access to a chosen space, either as a homepage or start-up space. This space could be used to quickly enter information or as an "everything/dump" space to reallocate messages later.

This is now possible through the new Pins tab, which allows you to pin Spaces right from the home screen! [image: 1759349838334-screenshot-2025-10-01-at-10.17.15-pm.png]

would be great to be able to have the app send me a random message every morning, picked from a personal list of msgs. i have a ton of little motivational quips, but i’d like to receive them randomly every morning.

i apologize if this is already implemented somehow. love the app so far. thank you!

Thank you for the suggestion! Happy to say this is planned, though not sure about the timeline just yet. Routines will support adding multiple messages in the future. This can be used as you describe and generally for things like affirmations or even things like adding variety to one's daily tasks.

    Hello,
I’ve been using Tetrify for a few months and I love it. As a bilingual user who writes in both Arabic and English I’ve noticed that after the latest update, all messages written in Arabic have disappeared or been pushed to the side of the message if that makes sense. Could you please look into fixing this?

Fix has been deployed, it'll be available as part of the next update pending App Store approval, should take at most 24 hours.

Basically a badge to show number of undone tasks / unread messages.
As in, the red circle on the app icon on iOS.

@_deadwait this is available now in 2.4.1!

    Hi,

I’m trying to set a task to repeat every two weeks starting this upcoming Tuesday. August 19th is the earliest Tuesday that it will allow, even if I set the “start from” date as the 12th or as two weeks before the 12th.

This is now fixed in 2.4.0!

I'm really excited to announce that tetrify can now figure out dates directly from your text messages. This means if you message yourself something like "on monday at 3pm take out the trash" or "in 40 minutes consult the orb" or "aug 30, 17:35 egg", it'll extract the time and set it as the date of your message.

This is useful both for reminders, where this date can act as the due date as well as for timestamping your notes for journaling.

Try it out! It's been automatically enabled for reminder Spaces but if you'd like to use it inside notes or journaling, go to Behavior settings to toggle it!

For some time now (forgot since which update), I cannot directly type anything on tetrify on the iPad.

This is because when I select the text box, there is a big pop-up with a lot of empty space that obstructs the text box’s view. Thus I can still type things, but I cannot see anything that I type.

My current workaround is to flip the iPad’s orientation to vertical instead of horizontal, which finally allows me to see the text box, but the empty space popup is still present.

Would definitely appreciate a fix to this bug!

Glad to hear! Going to mark this as fixed

There's currently an ongoing issue with logging in where nothing happens after you sign in in the website.
This is being worked on, thank you for your patience.

Authentication issues have been resolved! We have been experiencing a great rise in bot traffic recently so this was our anti-bot protection acting too aggressively against our own login mechanism... But the good news is that logins should be restored now! No updates needed.

Trying to create a routine click continue and nothing happens. I have only tried in ToDo for now

The 2.3.10 update has been released, it may take an hour for it to reach every App Store! Once 2.3.10 update is available to you, please update your app through the App Store and let me know if it works now. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/tetrify-text-yourself-notes/id6447967703?l=da

Long story short, tetrify is coming to the Mac and we're so excited to share the public beta with you! Check it out through:
    https://testflight.apple.com/join/TxFuXwym

Feel free to use this thread for feedback 😄 It still needs some adjustments here and there as it's largely a port of the mobile app but we're hoping to make it more desktop-friendly with features like Shortcuts and better scaling.

You will first need the TestFlight app and then you can use the
https://testflight.apple.com/join/TxFuXwym link to join on your Mac and install the app.

We're going to keep it in beta testing for about a week and if all goes well proceed with our launch.

I would like a tetrify website version that works on non-Apple devices, so I can sync my phone w my laptop

We’re working on the Mac version but tetrify on the web would be interesting. It will likely be limited but possible.

    What's new:

We have had a few small update versions, so here's a combined list of changes:

    • Improved the app experience on the iPad.
    • Fixed issues with sync early preview not working on some devices.
    • Fixed issues with double messages being sent from routines.

The iPad improvement is part of work towards a proper standalone Mac app! Registered tetrify Pro users will receive an invite to the Mac beta next week.

Sometimes a routine creates 2 messages instead of 1 for the same time slot...

    This has been fixed now

If you're on tetrify 2.3.5, you'll end up skipping onboarding and not being asked for notifications... this will lead to issues later on when trying to set up notifications.

A fix is on the way.

Now with 2.3.6, this has been fixed
  • communityC

    What's new:

    • Improved performance and stability across the app.
    • Fixed issues with some users not getting notifications and not finishing onboarding.
