Hey, thank you! We switched away from the translation platform but seems like it's currently still linked in the app. We currently don't have a new platform for submitting translations but I will try to see if I can set one up soon!

@rene FYI: Sync now supports sending Images! Will need to update both the Mac app and mobile apps for it to work.

Hey, I think this might be possible (and actually preferable in the long term) although auto-update would be a bit complicated to add right now. Out of curiosity, is this blocked by e.g. a school or employer or is this a regional restriction?

As another note, you should make sure Chat Behavior has Mode set to Tasks and Use Deadlines and Reminders is turned on.

@pennywrites Right now (confusingly) the accounts don't really tie to your data at all so it really isn't meant to affect much. All your data is stored on your device and doesn't go anywhere. I'm looking into introducing encrypted iCloud Backups which should make it easier to backup your data. That said, the latest update fixed the bug with the not being able to export a backup. Can you try exporting your data and recovering it on Mac (or somewhere else)? This should let you access a copy of your data on your Mac.

Hey, we do not offer one-time options since the main planned perk of Pro is about synchronizing across devices which has reoccurring server costs. It's worth noting it's still free to create infinite messages across multiple spaces for free; We will never limit local messages. As we slowly roll-out sync, we hope to make the free experience even better. All that said, feel free to reach out to support @ tetrify.com from your student email and we can hopefully find a solution for you!

tetrify is designed to be its own app, mainly to allow for stuff like checkboxes inside messages, multiple text yourself chats, greater customisation, etc. SMS input might be possible eventually but that’s far on the roadmap. SMS is also a lot less secure... so it's not exactly something worth encouraging for private notes.
